The only easy day was yesterday.
Today asks for something. And it is today, not tomorrow, that decides whether life stays the same.
You know the scene: the alarm you snooze, the conversation that waits, the number you would rather not look at, the “I’ll start Monday.” Nobody needs to explain to you what you already know. Reset is a daily method, with a mutual-support community that starts with the pilot group, for people who are tired of knowing and decided to do: four areas of life, one hard action a day, a log and a weekly review. No shortcuts, no promised results, and the extraordinary defined by you.
If you are in intense distress, seek help. In Brazil: CVV 188 (24 h) or 192 in an emergency. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency services.
Everyone knows this scene.
The alarm rings for the third time. You know what you should do now. You do the easy thing: five more minutes, and then the phone.
The conversation you have been postponing for months stays postponed. The talk at the table is about something else. “Everything is fine,” you say.
The bank statement stays closed. You roughly know what came in and would rather not know what went out.
None of these scenes is a disaster. It is worse: it is normal. Day after day the easy thing wins, life turns into more of the same, and we call that reality. Almost all of us live this way in some area, almost always without noticing, because autopilot makes no noise.
You do not need one more piece of information. You need one decision a day, with a time and a place.
Recognizable scenes, not testimonials. Why everything starts today.
Yesterday was easy because it is over. Today is not: today has weight, tiredness and a good excuse. That is why today is the only day when anything can change. Reset’s bet starts from the idea that habit is trained: facing discomfort in measured doses, every day, so you do not depend on motivation. One hard thing a day and the aim of being 1% better than yesterday. It is a direction, not a calculation: we do not promise how much you will improve, and what changed you can check in your own numbers.
Reset exists against three things.
Against the promise of a shortcut
Nobody changes in ten minutes or in seven miraculous days. Whoever promises that sells relief, not change. Reset delivers structure, a log and effort.
Against autopilot
A day that repeats itself decides for you. Reset gives the decision back: one deliberate choice a day, with a time and a place.
Against the noise
Endless feeds, notifications and ads fight for your attention all the time, and attention is where life happens. Reset is a refuge: few things, done for real.
Why Reset exists.
I am Fabio Caribé. I spent more than twenty years in engineering, in a family business. In 2019 that business came to an end. Since then I have been rebuilding myself. I am a father and I want to be present.
I read a lot about discipline, antifragility and health. Reset’s premise comes from there: the problem is rarely a lack of information. It is the gap between knowing and doing, and that gap closes with one decision a day, not with one more book.
So I decided to test the method on myself before asking anyone to pay for it: a short ritual, one hard action, a daily log, a Sunday review. I will publish the numbers, including the bad ones.
What you read here is what is happening, not a result to be promised.“I have not arrived. I am not a guru and I do not sell shortcuts. I am the first participant in the method, and I will show the road as it is, falls included.”
Fabio Caribé, founder
The extraordinary is different for each person.
For one person, it is training consistently again. For another, it is sitting at the table and truly being there. For another, it is closing the month knowing every number. Reset does not choose your destination or compare it with anyone else’s: it gives you the system, and the premises are yours. What we do not negotiate is the path: decide, do what is uncomfortable, log it, review it.
Whoever is content with more of the same does not need Reset. Whoever feels there is more, does.
A method is not for everyone.
You have already decided to change and accept acting without waiting for motivation.
You feel your life is bigger than the autopilot it is running on.
You accept setting aside 40 to 55 minutes on full days and 30 minutes on Sunday.
You accept logging what you did and did not do, and looking at your own part in what you live, without blaming anyone and without punishing yourself.
You expect to change without effort.
You are looking for ready-made motivation or a shortcut, not a system.
You do not intend to log anything.
You are in intense distress or live with violence at home: seek professional help and protection services. In Brazil, CVV 188, 24 hours.
In doubt? Week Zero is free: try it and see whether the rhythm fits your life.
A short ritual. One action that is uncomfortable. Every day.
The 10-minute ritual organizes the day. The action does the work: training, having the postponed conversation, looking at the number you avoid, being truly present at home. It takes 30 to 45 minutes. A bad day lowers the dose, it does not cancel the commitment: Full, Reduced (ritual plus a 10 to 15 minute action) or Minimum (2 minutes, the smallest possible action, just to keep the thread). You can also pause at any time, no explanation needed. Rest is planned too, in the Sunday review.
Opening
Choose the day’s focus and mode.
Reflection
One question, one written answer: what is mine in this?
Action
The uncomfortable action, with a set time and place. This is where the effort happens.
Closing
Log whether it was done and what got in the way.
Four pillars, one in focus each week.
Each week has an anchor pillar, where the day’s hard action goes; the others continue at a minimum dose. When one area falls apart, the others feel it, so none is left out.
Body
Movement and eating that you choose and carry out at a dose compatible with your health. Reset never asks you to sleep less. Reset does not prescribe diets or training; seek medical clearance when needed.
Mind
Reading, written reflection, and the conversation or decision you have been postponing.
Family and Faith
Real presence at home, shared chores, and whatever gives meaning to your day.
Money
Look at the number you avoid: spending, reserves, consumption. No product or investment recommendations.
Same method, intensity matched to your stage of life.
New baby, Rebuilding or Steady routine. You choose the starting point and can change stage in the Sunday review. If the stage weighs on you beyond routine, Reset does not replace professional support. In Brazil, CVV 188; elsewhere, your local emergency services.
Strong minds are forged. And nobody is forged alone.
Habit forges the individual. Community sustains the habit. We are building, together with the first members, a place where those who need help can find it and those who have already walked the same stretch can help back. There, nobody will be only a student and nobody only a mentor: you ask for help today and help someone tomorrow.
Reset’s cause is simple and big: ordinary people who decide today, change by example and pull their own household along.
Asking for help is strength
Asking for help with your routine is already the hardest part. The community will have conduct rules and moderation; emotional health issues call for a professional.
Helping is training too
What you learned in your fall is worth something to the next person at the same point. Helping also helps cement what you are learning.
Example travels faster
Stories connect people, people connect people, and example spreads faster than any advice. One person’s change can inspire those nearby.
Whoever joins Reset can say: “I decide today.”
This community does not exist yet: it is born with the pilot group. What it becomes, we define with the first members: a practice and support group between people, without promises and without mandatory exposure. It is not health care and does not replace a professional. No testimonial here is invented: when member stories exist, they will be published with permission, alongside the numbers, including the unfavorable ones.
What we measure, and what we do not.
The day count measures consistency; it does not guarantee results. If the number did not move, you will see that.
Consistency
Days of commitment, in two counts always shown together: in any mode, and only in full or reduced mode. The minimum day does not inflate the count without you noticing.
Measured results
One measure per pillar, chosen and fixed at the start: for example, workouts done, spending against plan, conversations you had postponed. We do not move the ruler midway.
The founder is testing Reset in the first person, with a daily log, and intends to publish the numbers, including the unfavorable ones, as one person’s record and not as proof of effectiveness.
Three books, one cycle: restart, consolidate, spread.
Reset will be a trilogy written to be lived, not just read, and each book will open a cycle of talks. The first can already be read in the member area; the other two are planned for the coming months.
Reset: O Recomeço
The first step. Decide, accept discomfort and build the routine that holds up everything else, for those starting from zero. (In Portuguese; working title in English: The Restart.)
“Where do I begin, if everything feels heavy?”
Reset: O Alicerce
Consolidation. What to do when the excitement ends: turn the change into a foundation, get through relapse and make the habit carry weight. (Working title in English: The Foundation.)
“How do I make this last when the will is gone?”
Reset: O Exemplo
Spreading. When you change, the household changes: how your change becomes an example for family, friends and community, and the example spreads. (Working title in English: The Example.)
“How does my change help the people I live with?”
Titles of Book 2 and Book 3 are provisional. The talks have no date or place yet; those on the list will be told first.
I want to know firstWeek Zero: 3 to 5 days to see whether the rhythm fits your life.

What is “extraordinary” for Reset?
Whatever you define. For each person it is something different: a body that responds, being present at home, a month without surprises. Reset does not choose the destination or compare it with anyone else’s; it offers the system to get to yours.
Can ten minutes a day change anything?
Alone, no. The 10 minutes organize the day; change comes from the hard action you take next and from consistency over weeks. If you want something that fits in ten minutes without effort, Reset is not for you.
Does Reset promise results?
No. The method is under test. We deliver structure, a log and follow-up; the result depends on what you do and is measured in your own numbers.
Do I have to expose my life to anyone?
No. Your records are yours. In the community, you will decide how much to share and nobody will be obliged to expose themselves.
Do books 2 and 3 exist yet?
Not yet. They are planned for the coming months and will complete the cycle of talks. Book 1, Reset: O Recomeço, can already be read in the member area (in Portuguese).
What if I am exhausted, with a baby at home?
Demanding is not the same as limitless. Reset never asks you to sleep less. In a week of broken sleep, use Minimum mode or pause whenever you need, no explanation. If sadness, irritability or exhaustion weigh more than your routine can handle, or thoughts of hurting yourself appear, seek help now: in Brazil, CVV 188 (24 h) or 192; elsewhere, your local emergency services.
What if I fail a few days?
Reduced and Minimum modes exist for that. Missed a day, come back the next one and log what got in the way. Failing a day is part of it; what counts is coming back. You can also pause whenever you need, no explanation.
Does it replace a doctor, psychologist or financial advisor?
No. It is routine and reflection support. Health, therapy and investments call for a qualified professional.
Who answers the messages?
Messages are generated with AI support and supervised by a person. You can ask for human support at any time; the response time is stated in your sign-up confirmation.
